Tourist Information Center

The Tourist Information Center is located at Breiðamörk 21, Hveragerði, just 45 km east of Reykjavík. At the Tourist Information Center, you can get all the information needed for your travels throughout the south, as well as other parts of Iceland. A large selection of brochures, maps, souvenirs, FREE booking service, and internet access are available. At the same location, you can experience a powerful earthquake (6,6 on the Richter Scale) in an earthquake simulator.    The friendly staff is there to greet you with a smile and assist with any questions you may have.
