Flowers in town

There have been a number of events at the exhibition in the fields of gardening, environmental issues, forestry and Icelandic production. Nature experiences, story walks, yoga, mindfulness and elf walks, markets, musical performances and much, much more.

Numerous skilled flower decorators, domestic and foreign, have worked hard to design decorations from Icelandic flowers that have graced the town's main street and Lystigardinn. From Fossflättin to Varmárgil, Land Art decorations have been prominent. They are made from natural materials that are in the local environment and they are destroyed in nature over time.
